Ghost Ship Games is preparing the dwarven miners for a new intergalactic season of Deep Rock Galactic by releasing a new narrated trailer showcasing the newest features. There has been much mystique surrounding the contents of Season 4 and now we can get a full look at what this new free update entails for all DRG players. Let’s check out all the new details down below.

Season 4 Critical Corruption continues to show the lithophage plague still lingering about. Now, infectious beasts are evolving to become more versatile and hazardous than before. Plague hearts can now move freely and spread rockpox throughout the level. Also, mactera bombers and breeders are now infected with the plague and have a more vile variation. There are also 2 brand new enemy types that have clawed their way to the core of Hoxxes. The glyphid stingtail and the glyphic septic spreader are going to be the newest threats on the bug-infested planet.

Some new discoverable equipment has also been added, the jet boots. These boots can give temporary flight to any dwarf as long as you find the crate during your mission. There is also a new minigame available in the Space Rig that is essentially a DRG version of Flappy Bird, which sounds incredibly addicting. On top of all of this is the addition of a new randomizer beer that will completely randomize your outfit and equipment selection. Surely this will be a pub favorite amongst the elite and daring.

Deep Rock Galactic Season 4 Critical Corruption launches on June 15th for PC via Steam and a week later for PlayStation and Xbox Consoles.
