Great news for the world of e-Sports today as it becomes an officially sanctioned sport in Russia. The information comes from a Reddit thread which links to the official statement by the Ministry of Sports In Russia.
The order will go into effect 10 days from the statement and means all Russian tourneys from here on out will be under the guidance of the organization.
Great news for the Russians! I wonder if we'll start to see a flood of Europeans immigrating over to be in the first officially sanctioned country for e-Sports?!
