To no surprise of anybody following the Five Nights at Freddy’s new game development process, the wait between the games reveal and playable build wasn’t long. Scott Cawthon has always been swift when it comes to releasing new titles in the FNAF series and this pattern continues as he works with mobile game developers Illumix to bring out the first Augmented Reality game in the series called Special Delivery.
The original announcement for the game was only about a month ago, which it was revealed that we will be attacked by our infamously iconic animatronics within the real world. Yet, now we have been given some details about the game including an Early Access announcement. First things first though, you will be happy to hear that FNAF AR will be available on both iOS and Android. Also, the Early Access will be a closed, invite-only build, the full game will be released for free.
Early Access will be available before Thanksgiving 2019 with the full game launched soon after it. This build will be granted to players on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you want a chance to be invited to this build, you have to be pre-registered. The only other way to get an invite to play the Early Access build is to get an invite from a friend who was invited as every player that receives an invite will get a limited number of invitations to hand out as well.
This news ended with a screenshot preview of the game. Are you excited to bring these horrors into your home?
