While running from the Inquisition will be the first threat you will face, as it is the reason you are forced out of your home, and then find yourself facing various environmental obstacles before finding hordes of rats blocking your path everywhere! With nothing but threats around you, how can you hope to keep your sick brother safe?

After starting my playthrough of A Plague Tale myself, I have to say this overview trailer isn’t wrong in any sense. If anything, it is only showing the light side of the challenges. The rats situation is excessive and has proven to be challenging in multiple locations already. The Inquisition is quite the challenge as well, but fans of stealth games should be able to handle them easier than you will the rats themselves.
If you weren’t planning to get this game prior to this video, then I am sure you are starting to get excited now that you saw the action laid out for ya. It is available for pre-order now and is set to launch on May 14th on Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
