In the most recent installment of Whats Up Gears, The Coalition address the usual bug fixes and game improvements, as well as announce the Halloween event arriving in Gears 5 as of Tuesday. The festivities will start off with the limited time mode, Pumpkin Ball. A variant of the Dodge Ball where all players have huge pumpkin heads, and those that go DBNO will immediately hop back up to take another shot at their opponent. By completing thirteen rounds of Pumpkin Ball, you will earn a Frankenstein Imago character for use in multiplayer. That’s not all to expect from the Halloween event however. A week from Tuesday, a new horde mode will be added where you will have the opportunity to earn Halloween themed weapon skins. The event itself will last about two weeks.
