In light of current events, just about everyone is being encouraged to stay in their homes, or “self isolate” for an indefinite period of time. To help with the self-isolation process, The Coalition has granted Gears 5 players a free boost to XP gain until the launch of Operation 3, Gridiron.
The Saint Patrick’s Day event is also continuing through the rest of this week, which means you still have some time to battle it out in “Luck of the Draw” and obtain the holiday-themed weapon skins (pictured below).
Players can also make their way to the in-game store to purchase character skins that they may have missed throughout Operation 2. The skins range anywhere from 250-500 Iron (in-game currency).
Although we don’t have any details as to what Operation Gridiron has in store for Gears 5 players, it looks like there might be some Thrashball involved.
