Looking to build up some more hype for their Metroidvania title Grime, Clover Bite and Akupara Games have released a new cinematic trailer. This time, just showing off the pure power our black-hole-headed protagonist has against the dark underworld the game takes place in. Pulling his weapon out of the abyss after recovering from a fall that should have been fatal, this cinematic is quite a bit cooler than the intro cinematic they revealed a couple of months ago.
With the game set to launch on PC via Steam on August 2nd, so this was definitely a great way to push the game one last time prior to its release. Plus, this new cinematic was created by the CG production house PLAYSENSE, who create amazing trailers like this for various games. It gives anticipating players a chance to witness some of the game’s deep mechanics and compelling visuals while blending the high-stakes combat with the eerie visuals of the game’s flesh-bound world.
