Publisher and developer Gammera Nest have announced the release of their 3D action-adventure adaptation Tad: The Lost Explorer and the Emerald Tablet is now available to play on Playstation and PC.
Based on the feature animation of the same name, Tad: The Lost Explorer and the Emerald Tablet is a family-friendly expedition that will take players all across the globe in search of the ancient artifact.
Players will need to face risky platforming sections, swim through piranha-infested waters, and even solve a few puzzles in order to solve the mysteries of the tablet and save Tad's friends from a terrible curse.
Four different locations will be available to explore, Veracruz, Paris, Cairo and Chicago. Each of them comes with its own treasures to find and bonuses to unlock, including comic books featuring all of the characters. There are rivals, monsters, and very big spiders standing in the way, so getting away with the collectibles isn't going to be a walk in the park.
Tad: The Lost Explorer and the Emerald Tablet is available to play on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, and PC via Steam. A Nintendo Switch version of the game has been announced, though a release date has yet to be confirmed.
