Grave Seasons is a pixelated simulation game that offers all the farming and harvesting we all love in the cozy genre, but there’s a twist: Someone in your small town of Ashenridge is a murderer. And I’m extremely excited to see what it has in store for us.
In this unsettling “cozy” title, you play as an escaped convict seeking the refuge and tranquility of the small mountain town of Ashenridge. As you farm, forage, and craft, you also begin to build relationships with the villagers. That is, until they are brutally murdered by the serial killer lurking within the town. It’s up to you to investigate and sleuth out the supernatural monster hiding amongst your neighbors.
The decisions you make will have an effect on the storyline, and these choices will autosave during gameplay. Being locked into outcomes means that you’ll have to live with the consequences of your actions. So, it begs the question: Will you make the right call to identify the killer before they strike again?
