Halo: The Master Chief Collection contains just about everything the Halo universe has to offer, with the exception of Halo 5: Guardians, and of course, the upcoming Halo Infinite. The collection of titles launched with Halo 1-4, and eventually saw Halo 3: ODST and Halo Reach added to the mix due to popular demand.
Now the whole collection is making its way over to PC piece by piece, and the whole experience is nearly complete. In an announcement made on Twitter this morning, it was revealed that the fan-favorite Halo 3: ODST Firefight mode would be making its way onto Halo: The Master Chief Collection later this summer. With no official release date announced, we can only hope that it is soon.
Halo Reach, Halo: CEA, and Halo 2: Anniversary are all playable on PC as part of the Master Chief Collection. Halo 3 is the next title in line to be ported over to PC, with Halo 3: ODST shortly following. Maybe we’ll see the returning mode arrive alongside one of these titles?
