Squanch Games has announced that High On Life 2 will be released on Valentine’s Day. Actually, it’ll come out the day before the most romantic day of the year, on February 13, 2026.
Squanch Games revealed the release date at Gamescom on Wednesday while giving fans of the previous title, High On Life, a 42-minute demo of the gameplay in the highly anticipated sequel. High On Life 2 is set five years after the events of the first game, where the bounty hunter’s life of fortune and fame gets turned upside down when his sister, Lizzie, gets a bounty placed on her head. Now he must use his trusty talking weapons, some old (including Gus, Knifey, and Sweezy) and some new (including Sheath), and ride his skateboard to save his sister from certain death.
The mid-February release date comes two months after High On Life 2 was announced at Xbox Games Showcase with a Winter 2025 release window. The February 13 release date makes for a perfect date night game for you and your Valentine — if they’re into gross humor, that is. The best part is, it’s coming to Game Pass on day one on Xbox X|S and Xbox PC, PS5, Steam, and Epic Games Store. Happy Valentine’s Day six months in advance!
