One of the trickier sections of Little Nightmares 3 is escaping the dentist’s office in The Institute. As soon as you step into the office, you’re immediately crouching and wondering how you don’t alert the doctor who’s busy sifting through shelves.

If you’re not sure how to get through this area, you’re not alone. The game doesn’t give you a whole lot to play with in this room, and there’s a very specific way you can escape without a scratch. Let’s explain how you can pass through the dentist’s office unscathed in Little Nightmares 3.

How to escape the dentist’s office in Little Nightmares 3

To get past the dentist’s office in Little Nightmares 3, you’ll have to distract the doctor with the glass bottle long enough to escape. Your main exit is the tiny door on the left-hand side that requires Alone and Low to push through, but the doctor will notice you too quickly for you to leave right away.

Instead, grab one of the glass bottles sitting on the floor near the right-hand corner of the room. Make sure you’re still crouching, or else the man will hear you. Carry the bottle all the way to the door, turn to the right, and throw the bottle, causing it to smash.

It may take a few tries before you throw it perfectly, giving you and your friend enough time to push through the heavy door. The tricky part here is aiming the throw correctly. Sometimes it’s not at the best spot, giving the doctor enough time to scramble over to the noise and notice you leaving.

Just make sure to immediately push through the door as soon as you throw the bottle. It should give you enough time to escape without the doctor being able to catch you.
