HyperX now has two officially licensed headsets for the PlayStation 4! The HyperX Cloud Stinger and HyperX Cloud Chat are gaming peripherals that will appeal to PS4 gamers that want affordable audio hardware with quality design. The new headsets feature blue accents to complement the PlayStation 4 aesthetics, and the sound quality and comfort that gamers expect in a HyperX product are present in these two additions to the HyperX family.
The full Cloud Stinger headset has 50mm directional drivers, so expect a high-quality sound that delivers all of your audio needs. The headset also features an on-board volume slide, a microphone that you can swivel to mute, and a full 90 degrees of rotation for a comfortable fit.
The smaller Cloud Chat only has one earcup, and it has a 40mm driver. With a reversible design, the Cloud Chat headset can be worn on either ear. The mic has noise cancellation similar to the Cloud Stinger, but it’s a lightweight alternative to the larger headset.
The Cloud Stinger and Cloud Chat are designed specifically for the PlayStation 4, and they are available now. Hyperx backs the gaming hardware with a limited two-year warranty and support. The HyperX Cloud Stinger gaming headset will cost MSRP $49.99 and the HyperX Cloud Chat headset will cost MSRP $24.99.
