Well, another day and another bad hit for the annual E3 trade show… Today’s bad news involves the shows creative director partnership with Iam8bit has just been ended. Iam8bit took to twitter to post the news.
Iam8bit was brought in originally to bring a new experience to the show floor of which many have said is archaic and overcrowded. No reason has been given for the sudden change in the agreement but I think it is safe to say that it definitely hurts the perception of the show as a whole.
While I disagree with many about the relevancy of E3, it is sad to see it take another hit. Though the ESA did state this week that the show was moving ahead as planned despite concerns for coronavirus, and what i think is likely, the lack of Iam8bit. It will be interesting to see how things develop over the coming months.
