Following their initial delay announcement last year, Endnight Games made the smart call with their title Sons of the Forest to launch it on February 23rd. They didn’t want to delay it again, so instead of a full launch, they decided to release the game in early access so players can dive in when they said they could - even if it isn’t the finished version of the game.
Along with the release, they released a new multiplayer trailer to show off a bit of what it can be like to play with a friend in this survival adventure game. Much like the first title, this forest is sure to be full of interesting mysteries and so there is a lot to explore. In order to safely explore, you’ll need to build a base, gather supplies, and begin to learn the land mass that you are trying to survive off of.
If you think you are able to survive in the wild, either alone or with a friend, Sons of the Forest is out now on PC via Steam’s Early Access. There is no date currently for when they believe the finished version of the game will be available, but your journey can still begin!
