The Japanese...what more needs to be said? For decades their ingenuity and culture have exposed us to some of the most bizarre, useless, and borderline world changing things we've ever seen. I believe this game from Namco Bandai falls under the category of the last thing I mentioned.
Polygon writes that City Shrouded In Shadow is a survival sim based in Japan. In it you'll escape disasters among the likes of Ultraman battles and Godzilla attacks. It's...well...in my personal opinion...the single greatest idea I've heard out of Japan in awhile.
I don't imagine we are going to see this game outside of the land of the rising sun, which is a shame. In the freak chance it does though, PS4 and Vita owners be on the lookout!
