It has taken almost a decade, but THQ Nordic’s beloved RPG, Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, is FINALLY getting an expansion! The Fatesworn expansion brings fans new storylines, new weapons and armor, a higher level cap, and a chance to revisit Amalur! On December 14th, the DLC will arrive on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
The story takes place after the Crystal War has been fought and Gadlow has been defeated. After years of peace, rumors of a new threat are beginning to spread, rising in the far west in the frozen land of Mithros. Telogrus, the God of Chaos, has awoken and is raising an army to take control of the world!
The upcoming expansion, Fatesworn, offers a brand new storyline, a new environment, various new quests and missions, new Chaos Realm dungeons, a new gameplay mechanic, new weapons and armor, new enemies, and more. It raises the level cap to 50, and adds a new soundtrack by composer Grant Kirkhope.
