Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games have officially released their critically acclaimed RPG, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, on Nintendo Switch. A longtime favorite of Star Wars fans, this game has found its way onto various platforms since its original release in 2003. We’re thrilled to see it land on the incredibly popular handheld gaming system, playable to a new generation of gamers.
As we noted in an earlier post about this game, this story takes place in an era before the rise of the evil galactic Empire, long before the Skywalker Saga. Players will take on the role of a Jedi Knight who must seek out and eliminate the Sith Lord Darth Malak. Killing Malak is the only way to free the galaxy from his evil grip and restore peace. You’ll be able to choose how you battle your foes, with dozens of different force abilities at your disposal.
