We are now one full week away from the release of Hogwarts Legacy, less than that for those who pre-ordered the game and will gain access earlier than launch, and we have been given one more trailer with more gameplay and lore. Avalanche Software and Portkey Games, a subsidiary of Warner Bros Games, sent out the Hogwarts invitations last week and now they are here with a reason to go to their wizarding school!
This game invites players to embark on an epic journey as a fifth-year student at Hogwarts, gifted with a rare ability to tap into ancient, powerful magic. Guided by the Wizard's Field Guide and unique instruction from professors and other characters, fans will uncover a compelling storyline filled with thrilling challenges and mysteries.
It has been a long time coming with a lot of build-up behind it, but the game is nearly here. We’ve all been through the online debate on whether or not to get the game, had a chance to see the music performed live, and even celebrated ‘Back to Hogwarts’ with fans by touring the common rooms. But now it is time to get our wands at the ready and set out on our own adventure!
Hogwarts Legacy is set to release on February 10, 2023, for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, then on April 4th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and then on July 25th for Nintendo Switch.
