It's official. According to the New York Supreme Court (and Polygon) the fictional model that appears on the front cover of the game (the one you'll see on the far right above you) is not Lindsay Lohan. This officially ends (provided the Supreme Court doesn't take the case) a two-year legal battle between Lohan and Take Two who have gone round and round in court on whether or not Grand Theft Auto V used her likeness for the game.
Frankly, I always thought the girl looked more like Kate Moss, but I'm not trying to bring another lawsuit to Take Two's doorstep. Do you think it looked like Lohan?!
