Still hunting for all the hidden dolls in the Carnevale level? You’re not alone. This area is one of the trickiest in Little Nightmares 3. Not only is it longer than most levels, but it hides ten dolls instead of the usual five. Some are tucked away behind secret passages or hidden mechanisms you might miss if you’re rushing through.
We’ve tracked them all down, though, so you don’t have to spend hours searching every dark corner of the Carnevale. Here’s where to find each one.
Carnevale doll location 1
At the very beginning of the level, while chasing the Nome, you’ll come across a door with cracked glass leading to a bathroom. Smash through the glass and head inside — the first doll is waiting for you there.

After solving the rotating platform puzzle and passing the eerie statue, look around the area with stacked cabinets. Climb to the top to reach a small attic space. There’s a doll tucked away up there, so make sure to explore thoroughly before moving on.

Shortly after the last doll, you’ll climb a tall wine shelf, cross over a floating bathtub, and ascend a hanging chain. Once you reach the U-shaped platform, follow it to the right side of the screen. There’s a narrow crack in the wall. Squeeze through it to find the next doll.

Eventually, you’ll enter a very dark hallway. Keep an eye out for a staircase that leads down to the left. This area contains some leftover Carnevale equipment. Head all the way to the far-left side of the dark room to discover a doll hidden in the shadows.

After collecting the previous doll, continue down the hallway until you reach a room with a piano and some toys on a nearby shelf. Jump onto the piano keys and run back and forth — the noise will trigger a secret door behind the shelf. Step inside to claim a doll.

Following the coal fire sequence, you’ll climb out onto a rooftop as rain begins to fall. Move toward the screen and look for a small hole in the wall. Walk across the narrow platform to find a doll at the end.

When you spot the grotesque parade of people shuffling behind a fence decorated with two balloons, head left toward the wagon-like structure. Climb up the wall to reach a balcony. The next doll is sitting up here. Grab it, then use the nearby hook to descend safely.

Once you reach the carousel with a well in front of it — right before the coaster queue — work with your partner to pull the nearby handle. This action will lower you into a pit of teeth (yep, really). After exiting that creepy section, check the corner of the room to find a doll.

After escaping the twins for the first time, you’ll slide down a chute into a massive vat of teeth. Climb out and crawl through the ducts until you reach a narrow plank prompting you to walk across. Ignore it — instead, drop down to the floor below. You’ll find a hidden hatch leading to another doll.
Carnevale doll location 10
After passing the room with the orange glow and the steam blowing from the ground, you’ll come to a platform that you can move your partner with using a lever and a central steam pipe. After passing this section, you’ll reach a large room filled with towering boxes and envelopes. In the small right corner, look for a faint orange glow — duck behind the nearby box, and you’ll find the final doll of the Carnevale level.
