Neversong (developed by Atmos Games) released two months ago on Steam (May 20th), with very positive reception. The game continues on with praise, as it currently sits at a “Very Positive” rating on Steam. Following the game’s success, it was announced that it would also be released on consoles. Just this past Thursday (July 16th), the game debuted on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Switch.
The game is a 2D side-scrolling adventure, where you’ll play as Peet who’s just awakened from a coma. The game is said to be a dream-like world filled with monsters, insane adults, and little kids that are searching for their mothers. Peet’s mission is to traverse through the Blackfork Asylum to find out how he ended up in a coma.
