Looking to kick off Season 3 right, EA and DICE are releasing a new in-game event for Battlefield 2042 called Battle of Nordvik. When Nordvik’s secret alliance with the West is revealed, Eastern Forces retaliate with an aggressive siege of this remote facility in the Swedish wilderness. Join the Nordvik Control Corps or the Black Storm regiment in the three-week power struggle that marks a turning point in the global conflict between two superpowers.
Battle of Nordvik will run for three weeks starting tomorrow, December 20th, with each week containing a different unique gameplay experience. The event will include a 32v32 Conquest Assault with a focus on fast-paced ground-only warfare, a 16x16 twist on Conquest known as Retribution, and finally, Breakthrough Chaos with heightened intensity over other modes and support for up to 128 players on PC and next-gen consoles.

Battlefield 2042 is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. It is also available via Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, and EA Play.
