Respawn Entertainment and EA are ready to start out the new year with a new event for their Apex Legends players. Starting January 24th, they will begin the Celestial Sunrise Collection Event, which will continue until February 7th. The event will bring the introduction of the new LTM Hardcore Royale, which will put players’ skills to the ultimate test, as well as the new cosmetics such as the “Jadeite Retribution” Reactive Peacekeeper Skin and more.
If you aren’t familiar with the LTM Hardcore Royale, it is the latest limited-time mode that gives players a chance to show themselves as a Legend among Legends, with limited HUD, a ring that starts at max damage, no EVO Armor or helmets, no armor swapping and, above all, no mercy.
As for the event items, players can see themselves in a whole new light with the chance to unlock 24 limited-time cosmetics, including Legendary skins for Octane, Pathfinder, Caustic, Ash, and more. Additional items can be earned with the event’s rewards track, and players who unlock all 24 cosmetics before the event is over will receive “Jadeite Retribution”, a new Reactive Peacekeeper Skin.
