It has been quite some time since we saw anything new coming out on a game originally announced back at The Game Awards 2017. I’m talking about Witchfire by Astronauts, a game being made by the makers of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter and Bullet Storm. From the moment it was announced, we were ready to see more about this game and learning what it would have in story for us, but 2018 proved to be a quiet year for them.

Starting off 2019, the developers are finally ready to show off some more of the game. This teaser video shows us some of the crazy action and strange moments we can expect to experience as we progress through the Witchfire game. Look how crazy it gets:

This quick teaser video is likely the first of more announcements to come from the Astronauts, or at least that is what I’m hoping for. It looks just as enticing as it did on launch and I can not wait to see even more of it! We knew about the ground bad guys, but what are those flying ones in the second to last screenshot? Or what about that giant glowing creature that is shown waking up at the beginning? Will these be a regular big enemy or was that a glimpse at one of the bosses?

There is still so much to learn about Witchfire and I can not wait for the answers to start coming. What do you think about the new teaser video?
