Back in 2018, Ravensburger and Wonder Forge released the Disney Villainous. This would end up being the first of a series known as Villainous. After the initial release, they have expanded the game with multiple releases. Today, the series can be found on their official website with the list of options including:

Along with the currently available versions of the game, they have already announced Star Wars Villainous: Scum and Villainy - a stand-alone expansion. The gameplay is different for each line, meaning that Disney Villainous, Marvel Villainous, and Star Wars Villainous all have different gameplay mechanics. More specifically, Marvel and Star Wars versions have additions that are built off the Disney version but are unique to their IP as well.
To summarize the gameplay, players will command their henchmen, defeat the heroes, and enact their evil scheme. In Villainous, the story-based gameplay allows players to experience events from their favorite creators and play as their favorite villains. Each Villain plays differently, offering rich strategy to explore, surprising combinations to discover, and plenty of replay value. To play, move to a spot on your board and take actions based on your options at that location - actions will allow you to gain power, play cards, and defeat heroes. But, being a true Villain requires strategic interference with your opponents' goals. Use other players' Fate cards featuring heroes and other meddlesome objects, to prevent them from reaching their objectives. Be the first to achieve your Villain's devious objective and you win!
Regardless of which version you are playing, Villainous is a strategic mixed board and card game for 2-4 players with each game taking roughly 40-80 minutes. While they have a core game for Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars, all stand-alone expansions can be played with their corresponding version or enjoyed on their own.
Based on their history, following the release of a stand-alone expansion they find the next franchise to bring into the Villainous series. With the Star Wars Villainous stand-alone expansion announced, there is now a large variety of versions to put your wicked evil in play.
