The next lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus members were announced earlier than expected due to the State of Play broadcast that streamed today. Two awesome games are going free in October—Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Remastered and the baseball hit MLB The Show 19.
If you haven’t got a chance to play either of these games, then next month is the perfect time to take advantage of their availability. The Last of Us Remastered is a masterpiece, and you’ll want to brush up on your apocalyptic survival skills since the sequel is due out late February of next year. And MLB The Show 19 is a massive game in its own right. The critical reception was high for the bat-wielding, ball-slugging affair.
