Last night Pokemon fans around the world noticed Pokemon Go!, the GPS-based mobile Pokemon game, appearing on their smartphone shops! As far as America is concerned, Android users should be able to download the app right now. Unfortunately, it appears the iPhone version is stuck in the Apple app approval process but it could go live literally any minute now (I wrote this at 9 am EST and would be shocked if it wasn't live by this afternoon).
As far as reviews are concerned I haven't heard any bad news yet other than "it sucks battery life". That seems like a given when you have it open nonstop looking for Pokemon to capture! Let's hope iPhone gets it soon!
