Silver Palace
Oh my pleasant surprise!!! We just came out of the Silver Palace Dichotomy Beta and we need to talk about this one. Developed by Silver Studio and published by Elementa, Silver Palace is a stunning action RPG set in the industrialized metropolis of Silvernia, and after spending time with the latest PC beta test running through August 13, we can say without hesitation that this game is already in remarkable shape.
The level of polish on display is surprising for a title still in closed testing. It's gorgeous, the combat is tight, and the depth of its systems goes far beyond what we expected going in. This is the kind of game that makes you forget you're playing a beta. Elementa is taking Silver Palace on a global convention tour through the rest of 2026 with stops at Anime NYC, Gamescom, and Gamescom Asia, and the game is planned for PC, consoles, iOS, and Android.
We'll be watching this one very closely because what's already here is fantastic, and a third beta test is on the horizon. Put it on your list now!
Rust Mobile
Rust is already a legend and for good reason. Since exploding out of early access over a decade ago, Facepunch Studios' survival game has become one of the most influential titles in the genre, inspiring an entire generation of survive, build, and betray gameplay loops. It's brutal, unpredictable, hilarious, and absolutely not for everyone, but its impact on the gaming industry is undeniable. Now Level Infinite is bringing that experience to mobile with Rust Mobile, and this isn't some watered down spin-off. The developers have stressed that the core DNA is fully intact: gather, craft, build bases, and inevitably get raided by someone you thought was your friend. The first closed beta surpassed one million pre-registrations following its debut at The Game Awards 2025, and a regional open beta launched in July 2026. Multiple survival modes including Hardcore, Standard, and Territory Clash are already playable, and the mobile map features iconic monuments Rust veterans will recognize immediately.
A broader rollout is expected in August with additional beta phases on the way. If you've ever been curious about Rust but never made the jump on PC or console, the mobile version might be your most accessible entry point yet. Keep an eye out for the next beta wave. BOOM!
Stars Reach
If you haven't heard of Stars Reach yet, stop what you're doing and look it up. Created by Raph Koster, the legendary designer behind Ultima Online and Star Wars Galaxies, Stars Reach is a science fantasy sandbox MMORPG that just announced its Steam Early Access launch on August 18, and everything about it sounds groundbreakingly deep and unlike anything else in the MMO space right now. This is a game where player actions permanently reshape the world. You can carve tunnels through mountains, reroute rivers, burn forests, build entire cities from scratch, establish governments, run economies, and even hunt a species to extinction if you're not careful.
Over 40 professions span combat and noncombat roles in a classless, open ended progression system that lets you be an explorer, crafter, journalist, politician, warrior, or all of the above simultaneously. Powered by cloud native technology, every planet, asteroid, and settlement exists in a persistent galaxy that evolves based on what players actually do. Early Access packages start at $29.99 for the Firstlight Pack and go up to $79.99 for the Cosmonaut Pack. The press coming out of Summer Game Fest hands on demos has been overwhelmingly excited, with MMORPG.com calling it the dream MMOs have promised for decades. This could be something truly special, and getting in on the ground floor starts August 18.
I’ll be watching this one like a hawk. PLLLLEASE be as awesome as this trailer!
