Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection was announced during Summer Game Fest and it will bring all of the original ports to modern consoles with a lot of bloody bells and whistles. While a release date was not shared by, a listing on the Xbox Store may have just revealed the release date discovered by a Mortal Kombat content creator.
The discovery was made by Dynasty1031 on Twitter, and in it they discover an Xbox One listing of Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection and a potential release date of September 30th, 2025. While many could say this is a placeholder date, its worth mentioning that the date is also a Tuesday which is the most common day a video game is released too.

Since the release date has not been officially announced, we are treating this as a rumor but are curious if the re-release will come out this quickly.
