Starcade, the classic 80s show that pitted arcade players against each other is making a return thanks to the team behind Mystery Science Theater! Kotaku says developers are planning a "retro-boot" which could either mean bringing back the show in it's original form, or just a cutesy way of saying you're rebooting the show.
If you weren't around when the game was on television...prepare for a trip!
The description from the show states that eSports professionals and celebrities will be going head to head in video game competition. It sounds fun...but not nearly as light-hearted as the original show! I would rather see old school gamers going head to head in their favorite games or even a young vs. old competition!
