Thursday, August 6th, Sony will be dropping a new State of Play live stream. The presentation will begin at 1 PM PST/ 3 PM EST and focus on upcoming PS4/PSVR titles. A look at a number of games featured during the June PS5 event is also planned to be featured. To get ahead of expectations, Sony also made it clear that no major PS5 announcements are coming during this event.
I am curious as to which PS4 and PSVR titles will be shown off during the presentation because as of this moment I can’t think of a single one that might make an appearance. I am also slightly bummed that Sony won’t just give us all a price on the PS5. We are a mere 3 months from the supposed launch window of the system and we still have no indication on when this info will be revealed. Oh well, it will be revealed eventually. Anyways, I am excited to see what is left in the pipeline for the PS4 and Thursday should be interesting!
