Publisher Raw Fury has announced the release of Southern Gothic point-and-click adventure NORCO for Playstation and Xbox platforms.

Developed by Geography Of Robots, NORCO takes place in a surreal and dystopian future Louisiana. The player takes on the role of a protagonist searching for their missing brother, with only the help of a fugitive android to go on.

Things quickly spiral out of control, and answers will only lead to more questions as it becomes clear this is all part of something bigger.

The journey to find the missing man will take the player through dark swamps, bleak oil fields, and a reimagining of New Orleans. These locations are all rendered in a painterly pixel art style, that captures the surreal nature of the experience.

Advancing will mean solving various puzzles and coming face to face with the numerous strange characters that dot the oppressive landscape. A bayou pirate, a private detective, and a stuffed toy monkey are amoung the cast that can be encountered along the way. All of them have their own motivations, and some are not immediately obvious.

NORCO is available to play on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to play the game for free.
