As we continue to move through the holidays it can be a bit daunting trying to figure out what to get for that gamer in your life. Well, Wasserstein actually offers quite a bit when it comes to its various types of gaming accessories.
Whether it’s someone who games on PC, Switch, Xbox, PlayStation, or even Oculus, there really is something for everyone. Even if not gaming-specific, there are tons of tech options to choose from as well.
The folks at Wasserstein were nice enough to send some gear my way from their Xbox and Switch offerings. I received the Controller Charging Station, the Controller Battery Packs, and the 3-in-1 USB Type C Digital Converter. All of which are some pretty cool pieces of tech that fair really well overall.
The Controller Charging Station works just as intended; it charges your controllers! It includes the base, two battery packs, and 4 battery covers (2x Xbox One & 2x Xbox Series X|S). It’s a pretty light base but keeps its integrity via the grips underneath which keep it from sliding around.
The Charging Station also includes safe charging which protects the batteries from overcharging, LED indicators, and fast charging to ensure that you don’t have to wait long to get back into the action.

Next up is the 700mAh Controller Battery Packs which while not compatible with the Charging Station, still hold their own by offering different features. Firstly, you can charge and play at the same time, which saves you from ever having to miss any of the action.
The included 9.8ft charging cable actually has two USB-Type C heads on one end so that you can charge both batteries simultaneously which is pretty cool too. The batteries also charge pretty quickly, only taking about 2 hours. From there, you can game from 4-8 hours depending on the usage off of a single charge.

Last but certainly not least is the ever-versatile 3-in-1 USB Type C to HDMI Adapter, 4K Multiport Type C Hub, USB 3.0 + USB-C Port - Digital Converter which works for the MacBook, Chromebook, and Nintendo Switch. This piece of tech really does a lot of important things and it’s really cool that it fits in your pocket too.
The features of this include compatibility across the Apple Macbook series, Chromebook, Laptops with a Type C output, and Nintendo Switch. It includes an HDMI display port, USB 3.0 port, USB-Type C port, and USB-Type C adapter.
You can charge devices, display what you want from your device, or even charge things with it. My favorite use for it though is the capability to display your Nintendo Switch onto a TV/monitor. Going on trips or bringing your Switch to a LAN party would be a breeze with one of these and it’s incredibly cheap in price too.

As I said above, aside from what they sent my way they also have a lot of offerings for PlayStation players and Oculus players. I’m really interested in seeing what Wasserstein brings to their store next as I’m pretty impressed with what they have so far.
