It seems that on-again, off-again leaker Shinobi602 has sparked some rumors with a mysteriously worded post on the gaming forum ResetEra that fans are either taking as him wishing a fellow member Happy Birthday, but its also in reply to the user wishing Sony would announce a new State of Play on their Birthday (June 3rd).
Many users jumped in to say that its just one user wishing another a Happy Birthday, others have chimed in saying that this is a repeating behavior from Shinobi, which could strongly suggest an announcement for a State of Play could happen on June 3rd.
The news makes sense as PlayStation is the only one without a major show for the month of June to show off their upcoming titles for the year and afterward. It would make sense for Sony to show off their current and future projects during June which for a long time has been a month synonymous with reveals for video games, previously hosted by E3 and other similar events.
