It’s time to wake up early and farm because indie developer Chicken Launcher and publisher Awaken Realms recent successful farming sim No Place Like Home is making its way to Nintendo Switch soon. After releasing on Steam in March 2022 No Place Like Home received thousands of very positive reviews. Now, due to that success, No Place Like Home is able to make its way to Nintendo Switch and a wider audience.
If you’re unfamiliar with No Place Like Home it is a casual cozy farming simulator that takes place in a world racked by the post-apocalypse. Humanity has left Earth after destroying it to make way for Mars. Alone now you can explore the world, clean the environment, and craft new items and structures with recycled resources. Domesticate animals and rebuild your village, all while you restore the environment and run your own post-apocalypse farm.
No Place Like Home is available on PC via Steam right now and will be available on Nintendo Switch on May 4th. Physical editions of No Place Like Home will also be available in July.
