Probably one of the strangest trailers I've seen, and not only from the list of E3 trailers shown this year, is the one for The Sinking City by Frogwares. Showing very little knowledge of what's going on exactly or who these people even are.
Mystery does play a big role in horror, raising questions and presenting an uneasy situation. We can try to guess all we want, but we won't really know until we see the story unfold. All that is really known so far is that it will be an adventure and investigative open world game that is based on works from American horror author H.P. Lovecraft. Check out the strange trailer:
Perhaps it will have to do with a mental illness. Something that forces him to do actions while distorting the truth to appear completely different to the victim. Then again, there could be something supernatural going on here after all. Either way, I'm intrigued even with little to no information on the story shown.
