The Switch Version Of SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2 Is Getting Knuckles!

The Sega Ages collection is continuing to expand with a new version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2! The M.2 developed ports of classic Genesis titles have been really awesome additions to the Switch library and tend to usually have new features for the classic titles and Sonic 2 is going to be no exception! It has just been confirmed that Knuckles the Echidna will be making an appearance in the upcoming release. For fans of the game back in the day, this is the same appearance you would get if you plugged your copy of Sonic 2 into a copy of Sonic and Knuckles. No info has yet to be revealed on when Switch owners will get to finally play this version but hopefully, it will be soon as the port was announced back in 2018!
