2019 is almost upon us and the celebrations have already begun for many. I don’t know about the rest of you but my favorite form of celebration is to dive into some gaming! So what are you all playing this holiday weekend?
Ace Combat 5
My Ace Combat marathon is drawing to its conclusion with only a couple more game to go before finishing them all. Ace Combat 5 is always going to be my favorite in the series with its great gameplay and campy dialogue. I am happy to get to play it once again in its original form before the emulated release comes out on PS4 next month with Ace Combat 7!

This prequel to Ace Combat 5 told the events of the Belkan war which takes place 15 years earlier. I haven’t played this entry in the franchise as much as some of the others so I can’t wait to dive back in and experience the story of Pixy and Cipher all over again! Fun fact, this was the first game in the franchise released by the merged Bandai Namco.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection
Nothing says party celebration to me like a good match of Halo multiplayer! with how great MCC has been to play since the September update it has really become my multiplayer go to game just like it was back in the Halo 2 days. I am looking forward to hopping into some matches this holiday weekend and having a blast!
