Crashing cars is fun. The twisting metal, the crunching sound and the beauty of something so nice tuning into a horrid mess of scrap metal is always fun to watch. But, it is more fun to control. Wreckfest by Bugbear Entertainment is a wondrous sight to behold, if you like all the stuff mentioned above. It has been out for Steam for about a year now, and will be coming to consoles later this month. People have been loving it, and the carnage is now coming to the rest of the gaming world (except Nintendo Switch, sorry guys).
Aside from the obvious racing modes that take cars of all kinds onto various maps and terrains, the game also includes a nasty demolition mode. Armor up, deal maximum damage and try not to get slammed too hard as an orgy of cars try to destroy one another with you in the middle of the action. The games technical achievement of crisp graphics are great, but the amazing, outstanding and realistic damage systems are what makes every crash, scratch, T-bone and barrel roll look incredible. We are so excited to get our hands on this aggressive game and annihilate our friends. Who will you wreck first?
Wreckfest will be released on Playstation 4 and Xbox One August 27th, 2019.
