The new year is here and it looks like Xbox is starting off on the right foot. In the last few months, Xbox has given out some pretty lackluster games in their Games With Gold lineups, with the exception of LEGO Indiana Jones. January sets the year going in the right direction with some stronger titles. This month sees some oldies and a game that is definitely loved here at GameTyrant. Let’s take a look!
January’s Games With Gold lineup includes:
Little Nightmares 01/01 - 01/31 (Xbox One)
Dead Rising (Remastered) 01/16 - 02/15 (Xbox One)
The King of Fighters XIII 01/01 - 01/15 (Xbox 360)
Breakdown 01/16 - 01/31 (Xbox)
I’m happy to see that Xbox is beginning to give its players something better to chew on. Their Game Pass titles are always wonderful but it’s always nice when they give out free titles that draw cheers. I’m hoping that this will be the norm for them but they’ve gone back and forth many times in the past. I guess we’ll get a better idea of this year’s flow in their February lineup of Games With Gold. Here’s hoping for more awesome titles!
