Well, it looks like the release window for the Xbox Series X has been narrowed down even further from its original “holiday 2020” listing. According to a new image on the official Xbox Series X website, which you can see above, the console is expected to launch around Thanksgiving which lands on November 26 this year. Now considering this is the same time frame every previous Xbox console has launched in this date doesn’t come as much of a surprise. What I want to know is if the console will be available before or after the holiday as a Black Friday launch would be abysmal for consumers looking to adopt the new hardware. Either way, we now have a more solid idea for when next-gen hardware will be in our hands and it makes the wait that much more tantalizing!
