Katamari is one of those series that has a less than frequent release in games as of late but the games are full of wit, charm, and more importantly, rolling.
The last main entry to the series was Katamari Damacy Reroll and Katamari Damacy Reroll in 2018 and We Love Katamari Reroll+ Royal Reverie in 2023, but the latter only added DLC.
Katamari Damacy Rolling LIVE is brand new addition to the series, but it is currently an Apple Arcade exclusive.

Apple arcade has always been a home to great exclusives, and whether or not this Katamari entry will stay rolled up in there for the forseeable future is yet to be seen.
