Dead by Daylight is no stranger to collaborations with horror franchises, especially when it comes to video games. From Resident Evil to Silent Hill, it’s a game that caters to all sorts of horror enthusiasts, and it’s time for Remedy Entertainment’s Alan Wake to join the club. The official Twitter account of Dead By Daylight has put up a teaser of a lit flashlight laid on a table with scattered pages.
It shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone what this is referring to, and if you’re even vaguely familiar with the franchise, it’s a clear reference to Alan Wake’s flashlight and the manuscript pages you find in both titles. The teaser mentions that we’ll get more information tomorrow (9th January), and we’re excited to see what exactly this collaboration entails.
If you ask me, I’d like to see Mr Scratch or even the Dark Presence as the killer. Alan himself could be interesting as a survivor, but if it’s just him, then it’s not as exciting. Either way, we’re bound to find out everything tomorrow and see for ourselves what the developers at Behaviour Interactive are up to.
