Although you’ve got clean water again after completing the Switching the Supply quest, Shani is worried that the people who sabotaged the water supply will return. To prevent this, you will find traces of the toxic barrel’s origins in the quest A Toxic Trail.

Despite remembering where you went initially for this quest, it branches out a bit and has you explore the swamp in search of an abandoned truck. We’ll help you find where to go in the quest A Toxic Trail in Arc Raiders.

How to finish A Toxic Trail quest in Arc Raiders

The first step to completing a Toxic Trailer in Arc Raiders is to return to the water intake below the Water Treatment Control building. Head to the spot marked on the map above, and once you step inside the water that was harmed by the toxic barrel, your quest should update.

You’ll now need to search for traces of this barrel’s origins, so turn around and head west until you spot a truck wading in a shallow river. Upon getting close enough, your quest will update and tell you to take a photo of it.

Walk up to the back of the truck, and you’ll find the interaction to take a photo. Once that’s done, you get one last step to this quest. You need to search for clues about the saboteur's identity, so walk around to the side of the truck until you see an area you can investigate.

After investigating, a Spaceport Warehouse Key will drop. Make sure to pick this up, since you’ll need it to gain access to a locked area in the follow-up quest. But for now, you’ve done everything you can here, so head back to Speranza and claim your reward.
