Celeste will begrudgingly ask you to find her lost journals on Dam Battlegrounds in the Celeste’s Journals quest in Arc Raiders. Fearing that someone will read them, Celeste wants you to return them, but pleads for you to not read them.
Not only do you need to do this in one round like the Unexpected Initiative quest, but you need to cross the map just to get both of them. To make sure you get these journals back safe and sound, here’s a guide on how to finish the Celeste’s Journals quest in Arc Raiders.
Where to find Celeste’s Journals in Arc Raiders
There are two separate locations on Dam Battlegrounds you must venture to for these journals. One journal is at South Swamp Outpost on the western side of the map, while the other is in the northeast corner at Raider Outpost East.
Celeste’s Journals at South Swamp Outpost
The first location is easier to find, so head inside the tall, cylindrical building at South Swamp Outpost. There’s a rectangular building connected to it, and as soon as you enter, you should find an option to search for journals on one of the beds.
After searching, the journal will appear, so take it and place it in your inventory. It doesn’t matter if you place it in your safe pocket since this has to be done in one round, meaning you need to leave the round with both journals.
Celeste’s Journals from the northern outpost overlooking the Red Lakes
This spot is trickier to find since Celeste doesn’t give you the name of the exact location. She’s talking about the Raider Outpost East near the top of the map. Sadly, it’s over 1,000 meters from the last location, so you’ll need to take a long hike over to this location while avoiding dangers along the way.
Once you make it to this outpost, head inside, and you’ll find the same “search for journals” interaction on one of the beds. Grab the journal, then make sure to take both with you out of Speranza to deliver to Celeste. I recommend taking a Raider Hatch key since there’s a Raider Hatch just south of this outpost.
