Apollo is looking to make Speranza earthquake-proof in Arc Raiders, but to do that, you’ll need to obtain research from Blue Gate in the Groundbreaking quest. After Deciphering the Data, you’ll get this quest, which has you enter a locked room that requires a key and photograph an elusive building found on a whiteboard.
It’s nearly impossible to tell where you’re meant to go after finding the whiteboard, but no need to worry, as we can help. Here’s how you can finish the Groundbreaking quest in Arc Raiders.
How to complete the Groundbreaking quest in Arc Raiders
You’ll first want to head inside Pilgrim’s Peak on Blue Gate. Make sure to take the Blue Gate Communication Tower Key, or you won’t be able to access the room for this quest. In the northeastern corner of this building, you’ll find a locked room that requires this key to unlock.
Once inside, you need to search for any construction research. This construction research will be written on the whiteboard in the corner of the room, so inspect it to proceed with the quest.
It’ll then ask you to find the building pictured on the whiteboard. To make the search easier for you, head south to the Abandoned Housing Project.
Once you get close enough, the quest will update again and ask you to photograph the abandoned housing project. An interaction should appear just nearby, so stand facing the project and then take the photo.
