Lance has noticed many Raiders have hearing damage in Arc Raiders, and he’s heard rumors of hearing aids being on Stella Montis. Your job in the On Deaf Ears quest from the Headwinds update is to track down a researcher and his hearing aid prototypes. How to complete On Deaf Ears in Arc Raiders
Researcher’s guest logs location
Your first location is behind a desk in the Business Center. You can find the researcher’s guest logs on this computer in the top left corner of the Business Center. Interact with the computer, and your quest will update.
Researcher's lecture notes location
Just south of this location is the next step of your quest. Go right from the desk you were just at, and you’ll see an entrance to the Auditorium. You’ll see another front desk with a computer, so interact with it to send the data to Lance.
Medical Research computers location
The third location is a bit farther, this time in Medical Research. The best way to get there is to go back to the Lobby, which is connected to the Loading Bay, then cross over the Loading Bay to Medical Research. In the southeastern corner of Medical Research is a desk with the computer you need to interact with.
Printed shipping logs location
Lastly, you must head to the Assembly Workshop, just north of Medical Research. Climb up the stairs into the Control Room, and on a desk in the corner is a box you can search.
