Your first step to completing The Major’s Footlocker quest in Arc Raiders is to find the apartments northwest of The Dam, which hold Major Aiva’s mementos. You’ll want to search the apartments of Ruby Residence, specifically the left-most building on your map.
It’s a three-story red building, so you can’t miss it. Head up to the third floor, and by one of the open windows is a box that you can interact with. Search for mementos here, and you’ve finished the hardest part of the quest!
Now, you just have to place the mementos in your inventory and head back to Speranza safely. I recommend placing this item in your safe pocket in case you don’t make it out alive. If you have a Raider Hatch Key, you can use that, too, for a safer escape. Either way, you can now complete the quest and receive a Hullcracker blueprint.
