Keeping up with their posted roadmap, Vertigo Games has released the next update for their well-reviewed co-op title After The Fall. This update follows the release of the Horde Mode earlier this month and is simply titled the ‘Boulevard Update’ which follows the given plans for the developer’s Frontrunner Season. This update is free to all owners of the game on Meta Quest 2, PSVR, and PC VR.
This update will bring a lot of new content to the game. The focal point of the update is the new Boulevard Harvest Run, which takes players to the frozen streets of Hollywood where they get to take on Snowbreed in all existing difficulties. Along with this new map, they have added a new player skin system, a new LMG weapon, and a new enemy called The Skimmer. All of these new aspects are shown off in the latest trailer above.
After The Fall launched as an awesome four-player co-op experience in virtual reality and with every update into the Frontrunner Season, it is only getting better! I can’t wait to check out the new harvest run map and see what it will take to defeat a ‘Skimmer.’
